Sometimes we get a job at Crane-Tec that requires the team to get very specific. This project involves a business in Indiana that takes machinery parts and plates them. And it’s a whole bunch of parts! From a basket of small pieces to large metal frames, these parts move through a variety of processing methods to get their final stage. What does that mean? The crane capacity and speeds needed to perform material handling requirements is very detailed. In this case, the materials are handled within a pre-engineered metal building.
Our Project Manager worked with customer specs and the metal building drawings provided, to prepare the crane system drawings along with the equipment recommendations to meet their needs.
